ENROLLMENT
At Deba Daycare we enroll children from newborns to the age of 5. At Deba Daycare you need to schedule an appointment to visit our facility to receive paper work, tour our facility, and discuss rates. Our contact information can be found in the contact tab our front page of our site. At Deba Daycare we have a one time application fee to ensure your spot at the price of $200 for the first child and $150 for the second child.
What you will need after enrolling:
- Birth Certificate
- Copy of both parents driver lisence
- Diapers/wipes
- Blankets
- Pacifiers
- 2 Sippy Cups/2 Bottles
- Plastic Bibs
- Small Bibs
- Extra Clothes
- Diaper Rash Cream
- Baby Powder
**We ask parents to please bring two rolls of paper towels and tissues each month because they are supplies used daily and are also mostly needed during the spring, fall and winter season.
