Deba is a fun, loving, and caring individual and has both nurturing qualities and skilled expertise with children. Deba initially started out as an experienced hairdresser of 10 years but after giving birth to her second child Deba became a stay at home mom and from then on with her third child. Deba understands the challenges faced by parents and children who transition from an environment where they are comfortable as well as the pressures faced with in finding childcare. Deba has always had a passion for working and taking care of children, while she has raised three of her own children, two whom which are college graduates and youngest who is on her way of completing high school.
Deba has over 30 years of experience working with children in a daycare setting. She started her daycare at her home in 2008. Deba receives ongoing training to improve her skills as a provider but has also received educational training through Fairfax County’s Office for Children in development of children, Child nutrition, Crafts, Primary skills for children and inter-conflict between children.

Fairfax County License
State of Virginia License
CPR certified
First Aid certified
MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified
Approved USDA Child Care Food Program Sponsor
